Jonny Wright

Jonny Wright’s songs have been cut by the likes of Aurora, Freya Ridings, Birdy, Foxes, Gracey, Lucy McWilliams and Fickle Friends. He is a well-recognised lyricist and composer whose songs ring like classics, without ever resting too deeply in the past. His songs have been placed across film, TV and video games including Ridley Scott’s 'Equals', 'Greys Anatomy' and 'Mass Effect' for Electronic Arts. He also composed and produced the full score for Sky Arts’ 'Foxtrot', starring Billie Piper and Ben Whishaw. Jonny co-wrote the Ronan Keating single 'Little Thing Called Love' which spent 6 weeks on the A-list and he co-wrote single 'Second Hand News' from Birdy's top #5 album.

He writes at his piano, by the fire or in the garden from his home in East Sussex, England, a short train ride from London.
