Carey Willetts

Carey is the bass player in multi-platinum selling indie band Athlete. Along with his fellow band members he wrote numerous hits including Half Light, Superhuman Touch, El Salvador, You Got The Style, Chances, and Wires which won an Ivor Novello award for 'Best Contemporary Single'.

Carey has worked extensively with Dermot Kennedy both as co-writer and producer on several tracks including Better Days, Two Hearts, A Closeness, Moments Passed and Lost. Other credits include Kawala, Tom Speight, Amber Run and Jack Curley and production on Freya Ridings' debut album. He was shortlisted as Breakthrough Producer Of The Year at the MPG 2020 Awards.
