Katie Tavini is a British mastering engineer with an established international practice and over a decade of experience working across independent and major-label releases. She has been nominated for Music Producers Guild (MPG) Mastering Engineer of the Year six times.
Her mastering credits span a broad range of genres, from alternative and electronic music to orchestral and classical releases. She has worked with artists and organisations including Bloc Party, Rudimental, Maruja, Nadine Shah, Arlo Parks, and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.
Katie has built an international reputation for meticulous yet musical masters. Alongside her studio work, she is a co-founder of 2% Rising, an initiative focused on improving equity, access, and representation across the music industry.
She is assisted in her work by Jelly, her cat, who holds the official title of Assistant Mastering Engineer.
